Once we have received your enquiry, we will start a file for you, in which we will constantly update with information as we gather it. Our next job is to call you and talk through your general plans, while pointing out the issues you will need to address, and the opportunities you may have.
Information and estimate
We will then probably point you at our Document Schedule spreadsheet, which will work out for you what and when you will need in terms of bits of paper. Following that, we will put together an estimate (which will invariably be for more than the final amount, as we would prefer to give you a nice surprise, rather than the other way around), which will itemise as much as we can at that point. As well as the wedding itself, the estimate will also include both accommodation and travel for your entire party. This will be incredibly useful for you, even if you are not paying the full amount, as invitees will get a 'heads up' about what will be expected of them if they accept.
The real work begins
Given your acceptance of the initial offer, we will consider that we are then working toward your wedding day and will bill you 800 euros - which will be deducted from the final invoice. From the information we have gathered to date, plus constant reviews with yourself, we will start to build a comprehensive itinerary for your wedding. Apart from the wedding itself, this will, as stated earlier, include travel and accommodation plans for your entire party - plus onward travel plans for any of them, should they wish to prolong their stay.
See for yourself
We would recommend that you come and visit the venue you are considering - and perhaps one or two more - so that you can get a good 'feel' of what we are all planning. We have negotiated discounts and special offers with our hotels, so that we can keep your wedding project within budget.
All the bits and bobs
You should be aware that we can arrange every aspect of your wedding - including printed invites, favours or more substantial gifts, make-up and hair peeps... everything - so we will be keeping you informed about all those little developments.
On the day
One of our representatives will be on hand (but not under your feet) throughout your day, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and you have nothing to worry about.
